Our partnership with an Air Specialist provides you with 24-hour assistance in case of flight disruptions during travel. If you have loyalty points or miles available you are welcome to use them for your flights. We can design and book the rest of your trip.
ACCOMMODATIONS – HOTELS, RESORTS, VILLAS AND MORE
We find accommodations that are best suited for you and your travel party. So whether you prefer large resorts, boutique style hotels, luxury villas, or apartments in the heart of a city – we find your perfect accommodations.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION – AIRPORT TRANSFERS, TRAINS AND MORE
It’s so important to have the logistics of the trip all planned before you travel. Our itineraries have your private ground transportation included so when you arrive at the airport someone will be waiting to whisk you away to your hotel. If planning a multi-stop trip, your trains, flights, and car service will also be pre-arranged.

Once we design and book every component of your trip, we get you ready for your vacation. You will receive Travel Tips, FAQs, Packing lists, and our suggested restaurants in each city.

DURING TRAVEL
We partner with travel suppliers that are on the ground at your destination. You will have a local contact to reach should you need assistance during your trip. Your travel assistant will be familiar with your itinerary and is available to you 24/7 to assist with anything from changing pick up times, to any other questions that may arise along the way.

FEES

During an initial complimentary consultation with our luxury travel advisors, we'll get to know each other and discuss options for your trip.
After the consultation, our design fees start at $500 per itinerary.

After our consultation you will receive a beautiful customized presentation including the destinations to visit over the next 5 years as well as the estimated cost of each trip.
