Warm Destinations for Winter and Spring Travel
Are you looking for the perfect Winter or Spring vacation destination? Central America offers an incredibly diverse landscape and a multitude of adventure activities. And the best time to visit is from November through April as the rest of the year is their rainy season.
Belize and Costa Rica are such spectacular countries. Below is a bit about each one for you to dream about your much needed getaway in paradise.
BELIZE…
Diving, Snorkeling, Cave Tubing, Zip-lining, Exploring Mayan Ruins, Fishing - so many exciting activities in this small country in Central America.

The second largest barrier reef in the world, ancient archeological sites of Mayan temples, tropical rainforests, living coral gardens and exotic marine life await you in Belize.
Splitting your week between the adventurous Western Belize Cayo District and spending some time on the beach is our suggestion for your vacation in Belize.
The beaches have crystal clear waters for the most spectacular snorkeling experiences. Imagine getting to a restaurant for dinner in your own golf cart! This will be your main form of transportation in two popular beach areas in Belize.
Western Belize's Cayo District offers Mayan ruins, clear winding rivers, lush jungles with majestic waterfalls, and a huge cave system. Enjoy the thrill of an intricate zip-line and then cave tubing through ancient Maya caves down the river. Take a day excursion to the world's only Jaguar Reserve nestled in the Maya Mountains.
Whether it’s exploring the Barrier Reef, Mayan culture or relaxing at the beach – Belize offers the variety you’ve been looking for in your next vacation!
COSTA RICA... There are very few places in the world that offer such an incredible diversity of scenery, climate and vacation pleasures. This small country in Central America offers beautiful tropical beaches, majestic volcanoes, the thrill of deep sea Scuba diving, sports fishing, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, zip lining, and the peaceful serenity of mountain resorts.

We recommend splitting your time in Costa Rica between the beach and the rainforest or volcano regions. This is truly the best way to get a feel for what this country has to offer.
Costa Rica has many hotel areas and styles. You can enjoy a luxurious stay at the Four Seasons, or stay at an eco-friendly lodge in the rainforest (one that you can only reach via a raft!).
The wildlife is one of the most amazing things about this beautiful country. Driving down the roads make sure to look up at the trees where you will find families of howler monkeys, sloths, many birds (the toucans were my favorite!), frogs, and iguanas to name a few.
Costa Rica has 14 active and non-active volcanoes. There are stunning views of these volcanoes and if you’re lucky enough to visit these areas you will most likely soak in the hot springs created by their heat.
The natural beauty of Costa Rica is like no other, and the people are the some of the warmest and most welcoming I have ever encountered.
I hope you enjoyed learning about these two small countries in Central America but with so much to offer. They are currently open for tourism and the weather is perfect during our Winter and Spring.
